We source all our produce locally
, from the Irish Black Angus Beef and Irish Spring Lamb to the lavishness of local Venison from the Green planes of Raphoe, Inishowen
. Fish caught off Irish waters - Greencastle and Malin Head
are cooked to perfection and this only adds to the high standard and quality of food that we present.

Each meal is chosen by you
, our customer, to suit your palate. Having selected your meat or fish, both if your appetite is ready for it, you then have a mouth watering array of fresh vegetables
to add the finishing touch to your platter. To finish up, our Pastry Chef
prides herself in providing a wide selection of exotic and traditional desserts and crepes made to order.
