New Job Role | Breakfast Supervisor


To supervise the service of food and beverages to a high standard. To ensure the overall cleanliness of the restaurant areas is maintained and that all service is conducted in a courteous and friendly manner. 

Main Duties include:
  • Ensure that all customers’ needs are met
  • Follow the cleaning schedule and delegate tasks to uphold immaculate standards of cleanliness
  • Supervise all activities of waiting staff and delegate responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and direct them to tables
  • Ensure that staff set up & maintain service stations correctly

New Job Role | Head Chef

Applications are sought for a New Head Chef to join our team in early 2018, to continue and improve the high food standards being achieved.
As Head Chef you will be responsible for everything that goes on in the kitchen, to include meeting health and safety regulations, creating and updating menus & overseeing kitchen staff.

New Head Chef will be hands on overseeing:
  • Quality of the Wedding dining experience
  • Maintaining & improving our popular Lunch & Bar Food trade
  • The Weekend Old Church Restaurant offering the best in Fine Dining experience

  • Overall Responsibility:
  • Overall responsibility for the kitchens daily operations.
  • Preparing weekly staff rotas and motivating, managing and training staff to ensure targets and standards are achieved.
  • Effectively manage food costs within the Kitchen such as waste logs, portion controls, stock rotation and seasonal produce.
  • All HACCP obligations & maintain a proper clean and safe working environment
  • Food margin & wage costs as well as purchasing in conjunction with director
  • Be able to work as part of a team and improve on existing standards
  • Work closely with Management & Directors to help develop and grow the business


  • Salary package available based on 5 day working week
